About the RoleThe
Marketing and Bid Lead is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing activities, including preparing tenders, bids and distributing both print and digital collateral. This position is heavily involved in managing various aspects of the bidding process, including bid admin, coordination, writing along with aiding in strategic bid components including developing win themes, executive summaries, facilitating workshops and managing a robust qualification process. Additionally, this role will also have B2B marketing responsibilities including assisting with campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities:- Craft compelling and compliant responses, proposals and tenders, ensuring accuracy, clarity and consistency in messaging
- Facilitate bid strategy and qualification sessions
- Work with technically excellent people to translate that expertise and create compelling narratives on technical subjects
- Support the development of B2B marketing materials and campaigns
- Employ various bid strategy methodologies, including RAIN and Shipley approaches
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be a highly skilled
Marketing and Bid Writer ideally within a large organization with the following:
- Around 4 years experience working on large, complex bids
- Exceptional copywriting skills
- High attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated with ability to manage multiple deadlines and take initiative
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
