Your role involves partnering and collaborating with business leaders, working closely with consultants, candidates, and clients to seamlessly meet recruitment processes in a fast-paced, competitive, and high-pressure environment. Your passion for team culture and staff development will shine through, as you lead by example in demonstrating strong business development skills. You will adeptly manage accounts, penetrate new and existing companies, harness social media tools effectively, and build awareness around your personal brand while surpassing team sales targets.
