Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to Join OurTalent Acquisition team in our Brisbane Office. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions within our clients, collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify and attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships and partnerships with clients to understand their talent needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the recruitment team
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is useful but not essential
- Years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment is what we see as the best fit for this role
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for Accountants & Finance roles
