The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team at Cefn. You will be based between our two offices in Clifton, and Leyburn area. To be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and efficient with your time. As the Senior Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, decision making, and continual support of existing staff.
The position is full-time with a salary range of $95,000 - $110,000/year + company car.
Responsibilities:
- All aspects of the recruitment process: job posting, screening and interviewing of candidates, onboarding, and induction.
- International recruitment – end to end
- Ensuring compliance documentation is obtained
- Liaising with Production Manager’s to determine staff requirements
- Conducting staff reviews
- Community engagement
Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience in end to end recruitment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Ability to work autonomously
- Prior experience in an agricultural industry is desirable
