Access theThe Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) is seeking an experienced training professional wanting to join a fast paced, multidisciplinary program team environment.As the Senior Quality and Training Officer, you will work with the program training team, and the vendor trainer, to develop and deliver learning and organisational development initiatives supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.Through instructional design, training delivery, quality monitoring and development of knowledge management material, you will prepare RTA staff and customers for new and changed processes as part of multiple system changes.Strong time management and organisational skills that enable you to meet competing priorities, while maintaining a high standard of work, are a must.What we offer is:

- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering end-to-end training and/or knowledge management materials for new and changed processes
- Proven experience working in, and delivering, as part of a multidisciplinary team including change management, communication, training and development, and other subject matter experts
- Well-developed organisation and prioritisation skills, and the ability to confidently work under pressure, including managing shifting and emerging priorities
- Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, problem solving and negotiation
- High-level written and verbal communication skills, backed by a strong attention to detail
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be highly regarded.
