AO4 Senior Recruitment Officer (x4) - Manage and oversee the recruitment process for a variety of positions, focusing on candidate management and talent pool development.
AO5 Talent Acquisition Specialist (x2) - Undertake contemporary talent acquisition services as a partner for a volume of vacancies, including shortlisting, provision of recommendations to hiring managers and offers of employment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undertake contemporary talent acquisition services for a volume of vacancies, including candidate screening, shortlisting, provision of recommendations to hiring managers and offers of employment.
- Work collaboratively with HR Managers and HR Business Partners to design and implement effective talent acquisition solutions.
- Manage and support a talent pool of quality candidates to fill vacancies including persuading them to consider more challenging opportunities.
- Provide advice, support and consultancy services to clients and stakeholders on complex talent acquisition matters.
- Guide and support Recruitment Officers in relation to talent acquisition issues.
- Ensure talent acquisition practices align with relevant legislation, policy and procedures.
- Collaborate across the Recruitment Team to ensure prioritisation and agility in filling vacancies.
- Analyse talent acquisition data and provide reports on a range of recruitment issues to influence clients and stakeholders.
- Foster an equitable, ethical and safe work environment.
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment (one year for the AO4).
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in influencing and persuasion techniques to attract and engage candidates.
- Strong conflict management skills to address any issues that may arise during the recruitment process.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new talent acquisition systems such as Springboard and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
