We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist for a pivotal SharePoint to Cloud migration project. This role involves configuring sites, developing forms and workflows, preparing and executing data migrations, and contributing to testing activities. The successful candidate will collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing valuable input to configure a modern intranet and implement the SharePoint to Cloud migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement a modern intranet on SharePoint Online.
- Develop forms and workflows using Power Platform.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance as needed.
- Create comprehensive documentation for technical solutions, processes, and activities.
- Transfer knowledge to technical support teams.
- Work in an agile environment to ensure project requirements are met for successful migration from SharePoint 2016 on-premises to SharePoint Online.
Technical Skillset and Experience
- SharePoint Administration: Extensive experience in SharePoint Site Administration and Security Setup.
- Data Migration: Proven expertise in migrating large volumes of SharePoint content from on-premises to the cloud.
- Power Platform: Minimum 3 years of experience in PowerApps Form Development and Power Automate Development.
- PowerShell: Advanced experience, particularly with the PNP SharePoint module.
- M365 Environments: Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 environments.
- ShareGate: Minimum 3 years of experience with ShareGate.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience in SharePoint, Power Platform, and M365 environments.
- Proven track record in delivering successful large-scale SharePoint migrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile team.
