The role:
Forming part of a strong Service team, you will be reporting to the Service Manager with a focus on building strong relationships with both technicians and clients - coordinating and supporting scheduled maintenance, installations and repairs within QLD, assisting with queries and order status updates and assisting with quotations.
Selection criteria:
• Previous experience within a Service Coordination / Support / Customer Service / Admin role
• Effective communication (verbal and written) / interpersonal skills
• Customer centric with a solutions focused approach
• Computer literate (MS Office Suite), high attention to detail and organisational skills
