We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Senior Registered Nurse to join our diverse and passionate nursing team in our renowned and prestigious aged care facility - Lulworth House, on a part - time basis.

Registered Nurse responsibilities may include:

• Providing excellent clinical care to the residents
• Working in accordance with St Luke’s Care policies and procedures
• Communicating effectively with residents, their families, doctors and staff (both internal and external) as well as demonstrate a mature and empathetic attitude to the aged
• Working autonomously with a positive attitude
• Participating in quality activities and continual improvement
• Clinical assessment, care planning, and updating patient/resident documentation
• Guiding and managing your team of Assistants in Nursing

Essential Criteria:

• Must have previous, relevant experience in an aged care setting.
• Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues, residents, family and friends.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Unconditional AHPRA Registration for Registered Nurse.
• A sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
