Location: SydneyRole Overview The Senior Researcher conducts quantitative research to support internal and external stakeholders, guiding decision-making and assessing organisational performance. The role manages end-to-end research projects and maintains stakeholder relationships. This is a six-month temporary position based in Sydney, with a possible extension to twelve months.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative research to support strategy and inform decisions.
• Manage research projects from start to finish.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand research needs.
• Provide data-driven insights to assess performance.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in market research, focusing on quantitative methods.
• Proficiency with tools like SPSS/Q, Displayr, Qualtrics, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint (Q experience required).
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Location and Duration

• Sydney-based role with a 35-hour workweek.
• Six-month temporary contract, potentially extendable to twelve months.
