The Talent team plays an integral part in keeping John Holland moving forward and you will be working on projects currently underway and on the horizon.The role will report into a Resourcing Manager and will support a business unit across various regions and ultimately drive the successful outcomes when it comes to talent and resourcing deliverables and strategies.Responsibilities of the role include:
- Supporting and delivering project and business unit based recruitment, including liaison with site teams to ensure resource program targets are achieved
- Support business units with their resource planning, internal talent identification and sourcing of critical roles
- Completing 360 degree/end-to-end recruitment life cycle in accordance with JHG onboarding procedures
- Supporting the broader talent team with key initiatives.
- Guiding the relevant BU's and stakeholders on resourcing best practice
To be successful in this key role, you must have:
- Ideally tertiary qualified, with significant internal and/ or agency experience within the construction, engineering or related industries.
- Diligent with systems and processing of employee onboarding
- Strong communication skills
- You will have developed a level of expertise in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders
- Be able to share and collaborate within a busy team environment
