About the role
Mineral Resources Limited is currently seeking an experienced Senior Safety Advisor for our Mt Marion operations. The role reports to the Superintendent Safety and is an 8:6 roster flying Perth to Kalgoorlie.
- Partner with Leaders to support meeting WHS requirements and to improve overall WHS capability.
- Support critical risk identification, evaluation and management.
- Lead and support the development and implementation of WHS initiatives.
- Development and implement safe systems of work, policies and procedures.
- Support the risk assessment processes (management of change, critical risks).
- Facilitate incident investigations and reports.
What you'll bring to the team
- Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety.
- Minimum 5 years' onsite experience as a safety professional within the mining industry.
- Experience as a change agent.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations with confidence.
- Drive and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
