Senior Safety Enviromental Advisor / Hse Manager - Newcastle

A major construction business is looking for a Senior Health and Safety Coordinator / Safety Manager to join their construction team working across their Newcastle projects and operations.
The company is renowned for its reputation fantastic reputation for both its work and its relationships with clients. They strive to maintain a positive culture of the business.
They can deliver projects up to $300m.
This contractor will provide the training you need to develop and grow, with an environment designed to enhance individual skills to help you fulfill your potential. The expectation is that you will continue to develop in the role with an opportunity to learn the quality and environmental sides of the business as well as work closely with the systems team.
Reporting to the Business Manager and working alongside Project Managers, you will manage all aspects of project safety on civil construction projects up to $100m in value. This is an opportunity to work with both government and private clients on significant infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will have several years of experience in the field ideally for a civil contractor.
You should have the right attitude and be a safety professional who works with people and does not just act as a policeman.
