Our business has four different sides to it, data-driven buyers agency and portfolio strategies/reviews, property development, tax/SMSF and business structures advisory, and cashflow real estate.

This role is for cash flow real estate.

About the gig 

The Senior Property Consultant is responsible for converting qualified sales opportunities into paying clients by conducting new client consultations. The main activities are:

  • You’ll be taking Discovery Calls via Zoom to convert qualified investment property buyers into paying clients.
  • You’ll receive a portion of your opportunity booked into your calendar by our marketing team, and will have access to a massive database of hungry leads to tap into to increase your income.
  • As with all sales roles, you’ll be keeping the CRM up to date and managing follow up.

Who are you?

  • Track record in sales: You have a strong track record of success in previous sales roles or business.
  • Area expertise: You are passionate about property investment, and have a portfolio of your own.
  • Self-image: You have a high self-image and can assert yourself in a conversation. 
  • Hungry to succeed and proactive
  • Can provide high quality references 
  • You can either start full-time now, or have 20-30hrs of current availability with the view to going full-time very soon.

Time and location requirements

  • Min 4 years experience and 3 years in selling high ticket items preferred with a closure rate of at least of 40%
  • This is a contract position - you will be able to set your own hours and work weekends as long as you are hitting your numbers.
  • We are looking for someone who is fully committed and hungry to earn. This is not a casual role.
  • Most work 30+ hrs/wk to realize the full potential of earnings.

Compensation

  • This position is 100% commission based on new closed business, however we can consider a base salary option as well. 
  • Commissions range from $4000 to $10000 depending on performance
  • At the minimum standard, you will earn approx $12,000 per month.
  • This is if you hit the bare minimum numbers required to stay on the team; with a higher volume of sales, or higher closing % your potential income can be anywhere from $20,000+.
