Premium long-standing real estate agency located within a bustling western suburbs location. They are highly respected within the real estate industry operating across both Residential Sales and Property Management.
About the Role
- Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
- Sales contracts management with support from the Sales Receptionist who assists with the listing process
- Sales trust account management, daily bank reconciliation, end-of-month, receipting, commission payments, etc
- Diarising settlements & liaising with settlement agents
- Attending monthly sales meetings
- Building relationships with external account managers
- Previous sales administration experience is essential within real estate
- Corporate presentation & confident demeanor
- Excellent computing skills & high attention to detail
- Confident personality to manage enquires professionally
- Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise workload
- VaultRE knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
