What you do?
Reporting to the Head of Sales Governance, the Senior Sales Engagement Specialist focuses on engaging and developing capability for our business partners selling Allianz Partners products.
This role is responsible for the development, continuous improvement, and maintenance of an end to end automated, digital engagement journey for our selling agents.
It will entail working with internal stakeholders to develop training programs to address key compliance and technical content across our three lines of business including assistance, travel and international health.
Supporting the on-boarding of new partnerships and the training and engagement activity surrounding this will play a key part in this role. Some online training/facilitation may also be required.
This role is unique in that it sits across multiple aspects of the learning cycle and will involve needs analysis, instructional design and facilitation but most importantly the delivery of a digital journey to support the engagement lifecycle of large volume partners and selling agents across all products.
Key Responsibilities include:
Learning Design & Delivery
- Undertake needs analysis with the development and continuous review and improvement of training support programs across the learning lifecycle.
- Instructional design of support programs to provide knowledge required to third party frontline agents.
- Provide support for projects that involve partner sales changes.
- Drive change in insurance training whilst maintaining compliance requirements.
- Deliver technical training to our partners (including needs analysis, design and delivery).
- Apply a passion for sales and sales improvement and the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.
- Build impactful automations and customer journeys that deliver personalised messages across various touchpoints (LMS, email)
- Ability to investigate and streamline our customer engagement journey through business mapping analysis
- Create end-to-end execution of email-driven campaigns from build using html, to testing and deployment, through to reporting and campaign insight to brief technical teams to deliver on campaign goals.
- Support the coordination of audience targeting and segmentation strategies for sharp and effective digital campaigns.
- Build rapport and maintain relationships with key partners, both at a retail and support level.
- Effectively work within an autonomous, remote environment to provide support and positive reinforcement to partner selling agents to contribute to sales growth.
- Actively use collaboration tools, including digital technologies, to engage diverse audiences in solving problems and improving services.
- Experience in marketing automation/CRM, e-commerce, and/or communications.
- Exhibit a genuine passion for unravelling the customer journey and leveraging automated communications to enhance every step.
- Strong understanding of insurance, service products and compliance or insurance sales environment.
- Understanding of the sales process, sales skills and successful sales techniques.
- Experience in the development of training programmes and creating e-learning modules.
- Experience in managing learning management systems.
- An eye for effective design, graphic balance, and the impact of layout and messaging in communication materials.
