Right now, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking an energised and quality oriented Senior Scheduler to develop and manage the project planning and control framework for the Capability Life Cycle Manager program.

This is an exciting new career opportunity for a Senior Scheduler, where you will be using your experience to deliver quality outcomes for the CLCM Program.
Role
The Role is responsible for the implementation and operation of the systems and processes to plan and monitor performance of the CLCM program and ensure these systems are compliant with customer and company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Developing executable cost and schedule baseline plans, as well as ensuring accurate and timely reporting of progress against the baseline plans and support management analysis.
- The role will also perform corrective actions and development of Estimates at Completion
- Implement and integrate the project planning and control and finance systems for projects, as applicable.
- Ensure that performance and finance reports generated are prepared in accordance with the reporting timetable and providing analysis and assessment of ongoing project performance.
- Develop and maintain a work breakdown structure and project schedule for program capability deliveries. Also Implementing effective project controls and project planning and control process compliance is enforced. This includes accurate management of baseline change.
- Ensure integrity of data in schedule and integration with master schedule.
- Provide training and mentoring to project managers and control account managers and other program staff as required.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Requires a University Degree in Business, Accounting or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience (when a University Degree is held).
- Requires advanced knowledge of the project planning and control discipline.
- Practical to substantial knowledge of projects, programs, or systems relevant to Naval sustainment activities.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Australian Government (Defence) Security Clearance up to NV -1 - eligibility can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/agsva
