Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Senior Planner will be responsible for managing Planning and MLO teams.
Responsible for performing advanced professional planning duties, including providing work management leadership for mobile maintenance, create the work scope for determining the 2 year rolling availability targets for the HME fleet; oversees the most complex development projects and manage KPI reporting for mobile maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Managing planning team to ensure shutdown work orders are processed and planned to a high standard.
- Ensuring all master data meets work management standards.
- Tracking and Reporting on Notifications, Work Orders and Completion Rates
- Define and implement Work Management Process that best suits operating philosophy
- Working closely with the Engineering and Execution teams to ensure Strategies are correct.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
- Reviewing Purchase Requisitions
- Strong focus on Safety is a must.
- A strong understanding of FMG values, procedures, and processes.
- Understand and coach planning best practices.
- Develop adhoc reports for leadership team
- Strong Master Data change experience
- Proven Process development and implementation experience
- Strong understanding of Mobile Maintenance processes
- Strong understanding of Work Management Processes
- Strong SAP experience
- Good public speaking skills
- Facilitate and present at meetings.
