Anticipated Start Date
Seeking an applicant for an immediate start however, a commencement date can be negotiated.
Closing Date for Applications
Midday Friday, 08 March 2024. Interviews will be held as suitable applications are received as we are looking to resolve staffing for 2024 as soon as possible. The successful candidate will work 40-weeks a year and is stood down during non term time.

What’s the focus of this position?
Performing administrative tasks that support the daily functioning of the Senior School Office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and maintain the Senior School Office environment.
- Effectively manage full receptionist duties.
- Be the primary point of contact and initial responder for students, parents/caregivers and staff.
- Record and maintain student attendance data for Senior School, including absences, late arrivals and early departures.
- Foster positive relationships with parents / carers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate effective communication between staff, students, parents and external stakeholders, disseminating information appropriately.
- Work closely with the Head of Senior School, Assistant Head of Senior School and Grade Leaders.
- Scheduling appointments for students and/or parent/caregivers as directed.
- Record accurate meeting minutes in various sub school meetings and staff/parent meetings as required.
- Data entry and administration tasks for students including awards and event documentation preparation.
- Assist with planning and/or organising various College events and functions.
- Assist with data entry and/or administrative duties as directed.
- Provide First Aid to students where required, ensuring accurate medical notes are recorded in TASS
- Assist with any other administrative duties as directed.
