Job description:
We are looking for a SeniorSite Administrator to join our team at BUMA Australia as a key support member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in supporting the team with the following duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-skilled across all aspects of the administrations team tasks and responsibilities to ensure appropriate guidance and support is provided to the team
- Being able to resolve advanced issues that arise within the administration team
- Invoice management (receipting, purchase order creation, reconciliation, problem investigating, maintain reports such as Receipted Not Vouchered, Logged Voucher and Open Purchase Order)
- Financial reconciliations and assistance
- Managing supplier statements and aged creditors.
- Credit card reconciliation
- Organise new staff onboarding IT requirements
- Assist employees with expense claims through our Concur portal
- General Wage / Salary payroll queries
- Assist clerks with timesheet entry and reconciliations
- Maintain fuel register
- Maintain archiving records
- Organise assistance with printer issues
- Other administrative tasks such as maintaining files, stationery orders, keeping meeting minutes, leave coverage for other site clerks
Profile description:
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Proven experience in a versatile Administration or Project Administration role
- Previous experience in a Heavy Trade or Construction environment (desirable)
- Proven experience in Invoice Management System, SAP highly desirable
- Working towards qualifications in Accounting/Finance highly desirable
- Advanced Microsoft skills and the ability to quickly pick up new systems
- A passion for problem solving and helping others
- Excellent time management and attention to detail skills
- A good team player
