About our role
Northern Star has a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Administrator to oversee the site administration department and ensure the effective delivery of services as required at our world-class Carosue Dam Operations. This opportunity is offered on a 8 days on, 6 days off roster, FIFO ex Perth or BIBO from Kalgoorlie.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing appropriate systems and required procedures
- Developing and managing the Business Services financial budget, overseeing costs and financial reports
- Day-to day management of the villages at Carosue Dam, Deep South and Edjudina including overseeing the catering contractor, managing maintenance requests, and liaising with the maintenance department for general camp maintenance.
- Liaising and developing a strong relationship with camp contractors, including participation in meetings with the contractor management team.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the administration teams within the long-term contractors onsite.
- The management of the INX Inflight and +Process systems.
- Training and development of direct reports, including ensuring a continuous improvement approach to all processes is implemented.
- Occasional check-in assistance at the Carosue Dam Aerodrome.
- Administrative support to the Social Club.
- Provide coverage for Site Administration Coordinator, as required.
Required skills and experience:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a site administration role, previous FIFO experience is essential
- Experience with Inflight (INX) and Pronto is essential
- Strong computer skills with intermediate-advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
- Well-developed organisational skills with the capacity to multitask
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
