Your new role
- Site Management of a $100M new build hospital project in Melbourne’s inner East.
- Conducting toolbox meetings.
- Ensuring OH&S quality standards are met on site.
- Coordinating trades and working alongside the PM to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- You MUST have at least 5 + years’ experience in a Site Manager role for a Commercial builder in the local Melbourne market
- Experience in the delivery of technical commercial new builds in excess of $50M
- Trade qualifications in building & construction
- Ideally you will come from a carpentry background
- Strong communication, organization and time management skills
- A strong attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic
