As a Senior Social Worker, you will apply advanced social work skills to conduct bio-psycho-social mental health assessments and screenings and in consultation with the MDT provide therapeutic interventions and case management. You will work closely with the young person and their families and liaise with other health professionals and community agencies to support the young person’s mental health and wellbeing.You will be an integral part of our supportive and collaborative team and play a key role in helping our patients establish practical and attainable goals, promoting the highest level of function in various aspects of their lives.
