Its recovery focused program supports consumers experiencing mental distress to embark on their recovery journey in a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
Richmond Wellbeing recognises that consumers are experts in their own experience and walks alongside individuals in their journey. Reporting to the Bunbury SUSD Service Manager, the Senior Recovery Worker role assists and facilitates the development of consumers’ skills to enable them to maintain tenure in the community independently. This role provides an environment within the accommodation facility that enables consumers to confidently embark on a journey of recovery and to attain the kind of life they desire.
