Position Profile: We are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Social Worker for our Mental Health Department. In this role you will be responsible for the assessment, planning and delivery of advanced clinical mental health care to mandatory, at risk and complex clients in the Inpatient Mental Health Unit and in transition to community care. Provides a discipline-specific, specialist clinical, consultant and educational service to clients, carers and primary mental health care providers.
Acts as a clinical resource to other team members. Undertakes a discipline-specific leadership role in clinical governance and service planning for the South West Mental Health Service.
