Primary Purpose:
The Senior Full Stack Developer is the cornerstone of our client's development team. You will lead the charge in setting and evolving development best practices, integrating cutting-edge back-end technologies, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your role involves deep collaboration with DevOps, pushing the boundaries of what's possible, and delivering exceptional software solutions that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft efficient back-end features in Python, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Develop scalable back-end services using Node.js, NestJs, MikroORM, and leverage GraphQL for adaptable API design.
- Work closely with the Team Lead and various stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable development plans.
- Elevate code quality through rigorous review processes and foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring the application remains efficient, scalable, and ahead of the curve.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, applying innovative solutions that keep our client at the forefront of the industry.
- Play a key role in development planning, from estimation to scheduling, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Selection Criteria:
Essential:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience (4+ years).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and NestJS.
- Solid understanding of ORM technologies, especially MikroORM, and experience with GraphQL.
- Demonstrable experience in Agile or DevOps environments, with a strong grasp of SDLC processes.
Desirable:
- Experience with Python and Amazon Web Services (AWS) is highly regarded.
