AddressThis role will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated digital solutions for the business community and improve the API development capabilities of the organisation. They will work in close knit, highly motivated agile teams to drive innovation though digital development.
Collaborating with a sizeable team of likeminded and experienced technology and project management professionals, the opportunity, within Applications Development, will provide significant learning, career and delivery opportunity to high calibre self-starters.
Let's talk about the role.
- Hands-on develop and lead digital design process.
- Collaborate with Scrum Master and Product Owner to plan, monitor and control solution delivery.
- Improve API development capabilities of the organisation
- Contribute to key phases of the development life cycle including test and releases.
- Develop and maintain a Contribute to CI/CD frameworks.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
- Lead and mentor junior Engineers
Let's talk about you:
- Hands on engineering experience in Golang, CI/CD, AWS, micro services, container orchestration and event-sourcing. Familiarity with domain driven design, evolutionary architecture and open banking standards will help.
- Several years commercial development experience developing API's
- Mentor junior/mid-level team members
- Ability to work independently with other team members and across the teams.
- Ensuring development standards and best practices are met.
- Provide systems analysis, solution design and R&D activities.
- Develop high-quality code, unit tests, integration test and automated API test.
- High level of proficiency with major programming language preferably Golang and Python is a nice to have
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence, GIT, TDD/BDD
- Demonstrated experience in working in an enterprise IT environment and exposure to methodologies like SAFE AGILE
