Currently seeking a Senior Strata Manager, this is an opportunity to work in a great environment with fantastic support, systems, structures, and procedures.
The Role:
- The portfolio size will be decided on the successful candidate!
- Managing a mixed, high-end portfolio including BMCs
- Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
- Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
- Convene and conduct meetings
- Periodic inspections
- No Accounts & lots of administration support will be provided
- Previous Experience in Strata Management
- A current Strata License is needed
- The ability to answer general technical/strata management questions
- The ability to work towards goals
- Be willing to contribute to a progressive company
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Have a high level of computer skills
- The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
- Maturity, strong communication skills, and a team player
- Monday – Friday Position
- Work on a high-end portfolio & deal with lots of developers
- Excellent Director & Team
- Ongoing training and development provided
- Schedule B's 50%
