Position Available: Strata Manager
Northern Body Corporate Management is seeking a dedicated professional to join our family-run business located in beautiful Cairns. As the leading Strata Specialist in North Queensland, with offices in Cairns, Townsville, and Airlie Beach, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and a supportive work environment. Strata Management or Property Management experience would be favourable, but not essential as we are happy to provide training for the right person.

Position:
- Strata Manager
- Oversee and manage strata schemes
- Liaise with property owners, residents, real estate agents and contractors
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Assist with budget preparation
- Facilitating meetings
Skills Required:
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to prioritise
- Excellent administration and time management skills
- Eagerness to learn
- Works well independently and/or part of a team
