The Position
Located centrally on the Gold Coast, our Client is currently seeking an experienced Community Manager (Body Corporate/Strata Manager).
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Leadership of the strata team in conjunction with the other Team Leaders and General Manager
- Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial schemes
- Attending meetings and minute taking
- Preparation of budgets, review of financials, meeting agendas and minutes
- Receipt and response to correspondence
- Developing strong relationships with Committee members, owners and other relevant stakeholders within the scheme
- Business development activities
- Mentoring and working closely with an Assistant Community Manager and our internal departments
About You
With your solid experience within strata, you will be looking for your next challenge, and may wish to progress to a leadership position. Our Client has a leadership program for those that want to develop further.
You will possess second to none customer service ethics, problem solving and negotiation skills and be tech savvy. Along with traits such as solution finders, confidence in speaking in a group, the ability to research the answer, all whilst keeping calm even when times get busy.
