TradeConnex are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join a top player in the Professional Consulting Engineering sector, renowned for expertise in Civil, Structural, and Hydraulic Engineering solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Lead Structural Engineering design projects for diverse sectors including Government, Education, Health, Mining, Agriculture, and Commercial industries.
• Conduct thorough site inspections to assess structural integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings from site inspections, including recommendations for remedial actions and improvements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of structural designs with overall project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional development within the consultancy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations relevant to Structural Engineering, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Consulting
• Engineering;Experience with site inspections
• Exceptional report writing skills
• Experience in design of concrete, steel, fibre composites and timber
• A proactive attitude and self-management of time
• Excellent communication skills
• Full Driver’s License.
