About your new role: Working within the ECM & Process Functional Services team, as the Senior Systems Analyst you’ll provide expertise on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems, specifically OpenText. You’ll maintain a focus on service levels, delivering benefits and efficiencies to ensure the systems meet the changing needs of Energy Queensland Limited (EQL).You’ll take responsibility for the testing and evergreening of the system, lead the development and execution of regular system maintenance activities in line with corporate standards, support internal and external clients to effectively resolve support requests, facilitate issue resolutions, and assist with facilitation of ECM training to ensure competent end user experiences and maximum advantage for clients’ use of information technology resources.To ensure data integrity, data security, user access, configuration and functionality are appropriately controlled, you’ll configure and maintain the ECM solution/s in line with the EQL business rules and security access requirements. Additionally, you’ll perform migration and reconciliation activities associated with content movement across repositories and you will develop and maintain specialist knowledge across the integrated system environment, including ERP/EAM systems, ECM integrations and other associated platforms.You can be located at any major EQL location. The remuneration for your new role is from $140K plus 12.75% super for a 9-day fortnight and from $159K plus 12.75% super for a 10-day fortnight. Salary sacrifice options available for novated leases for personal use. About you: You’re a tertiary qualified professional in Business, Information Technology or related discipline. Alternatively, you possess demonstrated competence and experience relevant to these qualifications. You’ve detailed knowledge of OpenText Object Importer including configuration to facilitate migrations and, how to create reconciliation reports to verify migrated data. You have SQL and webreport creation knowledge. You have advanced communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes in a timely manner and support the attainment of practical solutions to meet business requirements. Your finely tuned time management skills give you the ability to manage conflicting priorities across a large range of issues at any point in time and are comfortable working in an agile environment. If you have extensive experience in Electronics Document & Records Management Systems (EDRMS) and related technologies specifically OpenText Enterprise Content Management knowledge including SAP xECM objects and xECM modules, this will be highly desirable.If this sounds like you, then we can’t wait to see your application.
