The Role
The purpose of the role is to provide support to the organisation by automating processes to integrate our products with client networks, optimise operational efficacy and drive improvements in project and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and propose technical improvements that enhance team and business performance
- Work with teams to design, build and implement high-quality solutions with resilience, efficiency, and scalability in mind
- Promote modern software engineering practices and work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal results
- Work closely with the enterprise and solutions architects to design and implement automation applications/systems that improve service delivery capability and efficiency for internal customers
- Collaborate with others to automate network monitoring and remediation, health checks, troubleshooting, and deployment checks
- Support testing initiatives, user adoption, and operational support for defect resolution
- Investigate AI technologies to identify opportunities for efficiency and customer experience improvement
- Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable documentation and service records
- Contribute to other strategies and activities as required to ensure the company achieves its objectives
About You
We want to hear from you if you are ready for the next step in your career. We would prefer someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ or other foundational knowledge industry certification
- Specialized certifications in Amazon Web Services would be highly regarded
- Experience working in an ISO27001 certified environment would also be highly regarded
