Randstad have partnered up with a highly reputable accounting firm, providing exemplary business advisory and tax solutions to businesses, individuals, and partnerships. With a commitment to excellence in client services, we are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join the business as they continue to expand their client portfolio.
As the Senior Tax Accountant, you will spearhead the preparation of financial statements, manage a diverse client portfolio, and provide expert guidance in taxation and business advisory. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare accurate financial statements with precision and expertise.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Lead in taxation and business advisory, offering strategic insights to clients.
- Ensure timely and precise lodgements, including superannuation lodgements.
Ideal Profile
- You will be CA/CPA qualified, with a minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within a small to medium-sized accounting firm.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent time management skills with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
- Proficient in MYOB Essentials, Xero, Microsoft Office
