- Prepare corporate tax returns
- Conduct independent research and proactively provide findings to senior colleagues
- Prepare and draft tax advice for review and discussion with the Director/Manager
- Attend on site client meetings to discuss various tax matters
- Work with senior team members on ad hoc projects, including tax due diligence and ACA calculations
- Manage client relationships with assistance from Director/Manager
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within Big 4, Chartered Firm or an in-house tax role
- Completed a related degree in accounting, tax or law and completed (or in the process of completing) further study (e.g. CA, CTA, Masters of Taxation etc)
- Knowledge of and interest in tax technical issues such as changes to legislation and its application, changes in reporting requirements, etc
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills, with the ability to challenge ideas
- Good time management skills and ability to maximise productivity of own time
