The Opportunity:
We have a fantastic new opportunity to for an experienced administrator to join our team in Melbourne. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the business performance and employee engagement through coordinated support and increasing the productivity of the shared services team through operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Executive Managing Director with dairy management, assist with client/staff related activities including communications, client engagement and planning, assist in preparation of presentations and manage expenses and travel.
- People Support - Support the People Lead with coordination of onboarding and induction of new employees, offboarding, assist in coordination of Victoria's graduate program, provide support in processes such as leave management, business case development & job requisitions
- Finance Support - Work closely with the Finance Business partner to support with reviewing and monitoring the financial performance of the VIC business, business lines and staff.
- Shared Services - support to Business Development and Operations as required
- Other administrative task as required
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Advanced MS office skills.
- Team player and the ability to work both collaboratively & autonomously is crucial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and able to use initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
