- Contract Term: 3 Month Non-Ongoing contract with possible extension

About the Role
The role will be focus on vendor management work and below is additional information on the position.
The reporting and assurance team looks after:
- Monitoring of controls and compliance activities
- Identification and implementation of control improvements
- Report building/dashboard development and maintenance and
- Master data (vendors, customers and credit card providers)
Key Responsibilities
- As a senior Team Leader, you will manage the vendor function and manage ad hoc projects,
including: - Manage and maintain vendor master list.
- The delivery of timely and accurate reports and dashboards.
- Establish and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Building the capacity of the team and mentor high performing staff.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will be a professional and possess the following skills/experience:
- Experience managing teams and leading the team through a period of change and increasing automation.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislative, financial and administrative frameworks that impact on the services delivered; and
- Team player committed to achieving the goals of the whole section
Desirable Experience
Managing teams in a remote working environment
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
- To be eligible for employment in this role, you must be able to provide evidence of Australian citizen, be able to obtain a satisfactory National Police Check, and hold, or have the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance.
