We are looking for someone with:
- Previous retail experience
- Extraordinary Customer Service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and initiative
As a Senior Team Member, your key responsibilities are included (but not limited to):
- Working visibly as a leader on the shop floor and to ensure all customers receive the highest quality customer service experience possible
- Driving and leading by example in all areas of conduct and behaviour, ensuring the SportsPower sales teams achieves success
- Store presentation and merchandising
- Organize and distribute work for the team, set priorities and keep a good overview of the tasks to be accomplished within the shop, according to the needs of the business
- Role model the high customer service standards throughout the team and be a brand ambassador at all times
- Liaise with Management regarding any staff issues/concerns
- Build and maintaining strong relationships with Senior Management/Directors, staff, customers, suppliers etc
- Ongoing monitoring of essential core product levels to ensure adequate supply at all times (both on the floor and in the warehouse)
This is a full time role working 38 hours a week and will include weekend and public holidays hours.
