About the roleOverall management of the automotive workshops, and oversight of automotive Technicians and Store persons. Responsible for the control of all work schedules and movement of all accepted live work projects and workshop projects in the Automotive Heavy and Vehicle Body Building workshops. Ensures all automotive equipment, resources and instruments are maintained to meet the Training needs of Lecturers and students.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in a Heavy Automotive environment and come from a mechanical maintenance background. The successful applicant will have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team with functional knowledge in the areas of mechanical repairs, maintenance and equipment procurement.
