We are dedicated payment's professionals located in Sydney and Bangalore as part of the Merchant Technology Engineering QE&T area. Here, we focus on the business functionalities including eCommerce for online, Card/Customer present and Compliance.
We are responsible for the Merchant solutions platform & ecosystem within CBA, which supports various business groups leveraging on our Merchant On-boarding, Host/Switching & Terminal capability. Our core activities primarily involve BAU and SWR/Project changes, as well as recurring compliance works.
Backed by your payment's domain knowledge and experience, you will play a key role in providing test management & quality engineering to support the delivery across multiple technical teams and platforms in a manner consistent with our strategy.
We're interested in hearing from people who
Have a great understanding of software delivery practices and lifecycles
Are confident analysing systems and technical solution documents to inform Test Engineering approach and test cases
Can demonstrate knowledge of a variety of test design techniques
Have previously used toolset chains for version control and continuous integration
Can build and utilise test doubles and virtualised services
Enjoy troubleshooting application issues with tooling and log analysis
Are comfortable working in Agile teams

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;
Web services, REST/SOAP/XML and API/Service based testing using tools such as POSTMAN and Pact
