We are a group of specialist engineers in charge of delivering complex for purpose in a highly complex, geographically dispersed solutions for the Global Markets Foreign Exchange (FX) business by ensuring quality for the WallStreet Trading platform. We are a highly agile team and ensures that solutions adhere to enterprise standards.

You will be primarily focused on providing the Foreign Exchange and Money Markets solution components through a combination of manual and automation testing.

We're interested in hearing from people who

• Have solid hands on experience working in Investment banking and Trading application
• Have deep understanding of quality attributes in SDLC and quality practices
• Are passionate about designing, developing, and deploying high quality software solutions
• Pride themselves in executing state-of-the-art coding practices, driving high quality outcomes in solving core business objectives and minimising risks
• Constantly thinking outside the box and breaking boundaries to solve complex problems
• Are familiar with modern software engineering methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile, Lean, DevOps, Continuous Delivery, UX)
• Are constantly collaborating with cross-functional teams whilst providing support and guidance to team members

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team:

• Expertise in building test automation frameworks - SmartBear or UFT preferred
• Server-side scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting
• PL/SQL Skills and Unix/Linux scripting
• Performance testing using JMeter preferred
• CI/CD implementation using Teamcity & Octopus
