About Your New Role:
You’ll play a key role in implementing technology solutions in a cost-effective way by overseeing and/or managing testing for the WSA’s Technology Delivery Program (TDP) projects.
The Technology Group has commenced the Technology Delivery Program which will deliver and integrate approximately 65 systems with the adoption of modern technology principles. This is a unique opportunity to play a key contributing role in the implementation of modern, secure technology systems for a new airport and a new business with no legacy systems replacement needs.
You’ll work on multiple projects, partnering with the WSA Technology team, business stakeholders, Main Works Contractors (MWC), the Enterprise Technology Contractor (ETC) and technology providers. You’ll have end-to-end oversight and assurance of testing outcomes for the TDP program, managing the performance of the WSA Enterprise Technology Contractor’s (ETC) testing services and driving the successful development and delivery of TDP projects’ Systems Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Site Wide Integration Testing (SWIT).

About You
We’d like to hear from you if you have the following:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar Test Manager role;
- Diverse industry background where you can bring a mix of experiences and best practice thinking and methodology to Western Sydney Airport;
- Proven experience working on large multi-discipline, multi-vendor business transformation projects;
- Test management experience across all phases of testing, working with different testing methodology and delivery models;
- Management and assurance of contracted testing services performance;
- End to end delivery of testing Test strategy definition, execution, planning, development;
- Demonstrated experience development of testing products, documentation, defect management and test reporting;
- Excellent skills and experience building trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively influence and negotiate; and
- You must have a keen sense of initiative by being a self-starter, with a proactive approach to tasks and collaborations.
