Milskil is seeking a highly qualified, experienced and respected Senior Warfare Specialist to join our Air Warfare Centre team in building a new Battle Worthiness Capability with the RAAF.
A key focus for the Battle Worthiness Capability team is ‘whole of force’ interoperability. Specialists must be experienced in contemporary warfare concept development and understand how ADF capabilities can integrate to successfully achieve mission effects.
Successful applicants must also be able to actively contribute across a range of systems-level evaluation dimensions, requiring previous experience in one or more of the following:
- systems networking development and effectiveness assessment (eg Link16, MADL)
- mission engineering concepts development
- weapons systems evaluation
- any other specialist skill that enables ability to evaluate combat capability effectiveness (eg any platform experience, project background or system-level experimentation experience)

About you
You must:
- be an Australian or US Citizen.
- hold a current PV or PV reinstatable Defence Security Clearance.
- be experienced in contemporary warfare concept development .
- understand how ADF capabilities need to integrate to successfully achieve mission effects.
- be able to actively contribute across a range of systems-level evaluation dimensions.
- be passionate about developing Australia’s Air Warfare capability.
Being an Australian/US Weapons School Graduate will be a distinct advantage.
