Position Description Job Reference No V0251 BHN (Better Health Network) is a leader in the Community Health sector, supporting the inner south and bay side suburbs of Melbourne. As one of the first points of contact, you will provide effective screening and referral services to our clients, maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information, and build a positive rapport with a wide range of people, including clients, their family, friends and / or carers. The main purpose of this role is to support our clients to make the most appropriate link to our services and programs across BHN with professionalism, responsiveness, and a person-centered approach. You will do this by providing quality customer service on-site and over the phone to our clients, workforce, and community members. Multiple roles available, mix of permanent full time or part time.
