As one of the first points of contact, you will provide effective screening and referral services to our clients, maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information, and build a positive rapport with a wide range of people, including clients, their family, friends and / or carers. The main purpose of this role is to support our clients to make the most appropriate link to our services and programs across BHN with professionalism, responsiveness, and a person-centered approach.
