About the role
An opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join the Service Access Unit working within the team as the lead in our Health Management System and invoicing. The SAU HMS & Invoicing Lead will be included in the team’s roster to work in all areas supported by Service Access Unit at the same time working closely with the manager to provide effective responsible leadership, development, management and performance of the Service Access Unit.
In this role you will be working closely with the Administration Assistant to develop update procedures & program specific training modules and assist in any training as required. There is an opportunity to develop a high understanding of our HMS program and to also assist the manager with the Language Service Coordination for GV Health, including data reports.
The successful applicant will have:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent experience in business administration
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills with an ability to work professionally with all levels of staff, including the ability to maintain relationships with contacts across multiple areas within an organisation
- Demonstrated experience and well-developed skills with information technology systems and software applications, including the Microsoft suite and databases
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgement and innovative problem-solving skills in day-to-day activities
- Experience in providing leadership in a team environment
