ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the GM of Service and Commissioning, you will be an experienced Account Manager with BEMS Controls or HVAC experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working closely with the existing customer network and new commercial accounts, you will be proactive in your dealings with the customer network in all your dealings and highly responsive in addressing any issues that may come along in meeting and exceeding clients' expectations whilst delivering on the business' business objectives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers
- Developing new customer contacts
- Coordinate the allocation of internal resources to meet customers' requirements
- Interpret specifications, drawings, engineering data
- Provide technical support to external and internal customers
- Generating growth and new business and investigating potential new customers
- Maximising sales potential and product awareness through marketing activities
- Provide feedback of competitor market intelligence
- HVAC and BEMS Controls experience desirable
- Tertiary Quals in Engineering or Trade Cert III in Air-Con & Refrigeration favourable
- Strong Commercial Acumen and Analysis Skills
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Ability to Prioritise and Deliver to Timeframes
