Our client is a trusted and well-known provider of multi-trade solutions including HVAC, Fire, Electrical plumbing and building services to infrastructure sectors including rail, defense, healthcare and retail, as well as minor works projects.
Due to growth we are seeking a highly efficient Service Administrator to join their team. This position will be responsible for providing strong administration support to the service teams including scheduling, invoicing and compliance. .
The role:
- Administration duties, such as compiling reports, preparing documentation, entering contracts, assisting customers etc.
- Maintenance of customer data base and PM contracts in Firemate.
- Managing our preventive maintenance schedules and compliance.
- Liaising with key external and internal stakeholders.
- Processing quotes and work orders.
- Creating and allocating jobs for our fire team leaders.
- Assist with client invoicing.
- Maintenance of subcontractors in our system
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Understanding of fire industry processes and compliance
- Proficient in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- experience with Uptick or Firemate systems favourable
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
