Greenstar Group are a long-established, privately-owned business renowned for the delivery quality HVAC and Electrical services to the West Australian Commercial, Retail, Health and Industrial sectors.
We are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join and support our service department.
Your Role:
Working closely with the Service Manager, Service Co Ordinator and the wider service team your role will be to support the day-to-day operational requirements as follows.
A snapshot of your day at Greenstar:
- General Administration Duties.
- Processing of daily timesheets and preparing exception reports.
- Maintaining our contact and asset data base.
- Preparation and Generation of Technician Feild Quotes
- Preparation of Monthly Client Reports
- Assisting with shared tasks such as Phones, Purchase Order generation and the like as required.
- Ensuring all work orders are completed within the required response times.
- Assisting with end of day office closure.
- Assisting with closure of Work orders on client portals.
- Data entry pertaining to new contracts.
We are looking for the following attributes and experience:
- Experience in a similar role.
- An understanding of the HVAC industry would be considered advantageous.
- Ability to multitask.
- Be great at organisation and communication on all levels.
- Reliable, Positive with a can-do attitude.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
