Trinity Mining Services and Supplies is currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Shutdown Site Administrator to join our team. This is a temporary role that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful maintenance activities of the site during shutdown.
The shutdown will take place from September 2 to 26, 2024. However, the Site Administrator is expected to participate in pre-shutdown activities from August 26 to 30, 2024.
About the role:
- Coordinate and provide support for all administrative tasks related to shutdown projects.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing documentation, such as work instructions, safety procedures, and reports.
- Efficiently organize and maintain project files and records.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Offer assistance in procuring equipment, materials, and services.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide necessary administrative support to the team as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Administrator or in a similar role at a mine site or processing plant.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with MyPass and SAP is a plus.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
