Pneumatic Engineering is a Western Australian owned and operated company specialising in compressed air since 1978. Our offering includes sales, service, hire and customisation of compressors, blowers, dryers, air filtration and other related auxiliaries across many business sectors including Mining, Construction and small industry.
About the Role
This position will suit someone familiar with recruitment, mining and construction mobilisation processes. Providing an important role to ensure we are able to service our customers through out Western Australia.
Duties include:
- Coordinate personnel following site-specific mobilisation processes, including travel arrangements using client software;
- Liaise with clients and Service Coordinators for manning requirements;
- Ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements meet client standards;
- Maintain rosters and personnel records including training matrix
- Plan and raise orders for training and medicals
- Manage mobilisation activities including inductions, medicals, flights, accommodation, reference checking and following project or client requirements.
- Manage resourcing changes and reallocation of personnel to avoid project delays;
- Issue and order new personnel PPE
About you
To be successful in this role, it is a requirement to be able to work in a team environment, have well developed relationship skills as well as good verbal and written skills. You will need to be someone who is able to work autonomously and to deadlines and work comfortably in a continuous improvement work environment. The skills and experience best suited to this role:
- Experience with mobilisation systems such as INX, ERMS and Workflow
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Mining and/or construction industry experience and previous site mobilisation experience is essential
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise your workload.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work autonomously.
